Te Ropu Rangatira
‘Strength does not
come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through
hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.’
In Te Ropu
Rangatira we practice perseverance and resilience by pushing ourselves to
achieve goals in fitness which we compare to achievements in our learning.
I would like
the Whanau to be involved in their Fitness Journey here is a timetable of a
training schedule for the boys. Every
second week they will be tested with a
beep test to check their fitness progress.
Please tick the boxes when your tane has
achieved their fitness goal or write something different that they did for the
8 week program.
